Q:  How can I purchase a Paragon warranty?
A.  Paragon only sells warranties to dealerships.  Please ask your dealer about purchasing a Paragon warranty.

Q.  My vehicle needs repairs.  What do I do now?
A.  In the event of a breakdown, protect your vehicle from further damage.  Do not drive an impaired vehicle.  Take your vehicle to a licensed repair facility and provide them with your contract.  Have them call Paragon Warranty at 1-866-717-2425 before they start any repairs.  Repairs done without prior authorization will not be covered.

Q.  Can I take my vehicle to any repair facility of my choice?
A.  Yes, as long as they are a licensed repair facility.

Q.  Can my warranty be cancelled?
A.   Your warranty can only be cancelled for one of the following reasons: 1) If it was declared a total loss by your insurance company or 2) It has been repossessed by the lienholder.  If it has been declared a total loss or repossessed please go back to the selling dealer to fill out the proper paperwork.  All cancellation refunds will be sent to the lienholder or dealer.
